How does our service work?
With our Meet and Greet service at an agreed time you will meet our JMGco-ordinator at Stansted Airport Short Stay Car Park Red Zone Arrivals with your luggage trolley ready for your baggage. Please remove all keys other than those for your vehicle from your keyring. JMG will only take responsibility for vehicle keys. You must provide the JMG co-ordinator with your return travel details at this point to ensure your car is waiting for you when you return to Stansted.
On your return our JMG co-ordinator will meet you at the Short Stay Car Park Red Zone Arrivals and bid you farewell. This is the ultimate convenience and ideal for families with young children and business travellers who do not want the added hassle of parking your vehicle and getting to the terminal. Will my car be safe?
Yes your car will be safe. The entire site is enclosed with security fencing and monitored by CCTV. The site is normally staffed 24 hours a day. We like to think we are the most secure parking facility for Stansted Airport.
Is Just Meet and Greetfully insured?
Yes we are fully insured with one of the worlds largest insurers.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes you can cancel your booking with Just Meet and Greetup to 48 hours prior to travel. You will receive a full refund less an administration charge.
How do I know you are legitimate?
All Just Meet and Greet(JMG) our drivers have been checked by the Criminal Records Bureau.
What happens if my return flight is delayed?
If you experience an unfortunate delay, you must inform us and Just Meet and Greet(JMG) will provide a 'grace' period where you will incur no additional charges for parking. After this period you will be charged for each additional day your vehicle remains in our car park. If you do not inform us of your delayed return you may incur and additional £15 charge to cover the additional labour.
What happens on my arrival back in the UK?
When you return to the UK and have collected your bags from the baggage hall you simply call us and our JMG co-ordinator will meet you at Short Stay Car Park Red Zone Arrivals where your car will be brought to you at the Short Stay Car Park Red Zone Arrivals where are driver will bid you farewell. If your trip is extended for any reason then you must contact us to let us know or may be subject to additional charges.
What happens if I am running late?
If you are running late please call us so we can ensure a driver is there to meet you on your arrival. If you do not call us and arrive 30 minutes after your booked arrival time we can not guarantee that a driver will be there to meet you and you may incurr an additional charge
How much does our service cost?
We have priced our service at £25.00 for the Meet & Greet plus a competitive day rate for parking
